Delivery  Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts as per their standard process. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.
