Returns

* Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
* Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Size Exchange

* We offer one free size exchange if the requested size is available.
* Customers must request the exchange within 7 days of delivery.
* Exchange is available only for the same product in a different size.

Refunds

* Refunds are issued only if:
    * You receive a damaged product.
    * You receive the wrong product.
    * The product is lost in transit.
* Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

* Products purchased during clearance sales, special offers, or promotional campaigns are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.
